I registered my card, but every time I login and try to click on redeem or anything else, it just takes me back to the login page. How do I use this card?

This sometimes happens when a user has signed up, but didn’t know it i.e. that the signup form has already went through.

The system is doing what it’s supposed to – keep this info private to members only. Simply log in, and you’ll see it work.

 

It is also possible someone else created your actual account for you, not just gave you a card, and thus you do have an account.

The best place to start is by trying to reset your password. 93% of the time, this works (note: check spam / trash folders).
